Country Girl at Heart
Aspen is the founder of Herbie Home Interiors, a rural interior design specialist, wine lover, dog mumma and fiancé.
She wears a lot of titles, but hey, so do most ladies!
A true country girl at heart, Aspen grew up on her family’s farm in Victoria, breeding and training warmblood horses. She later spent several years living in Katherine, NT, where the realities of remote and rural living further shaped the way she designs — creating practical, hardworking spaces that still feel warm, welcoming and timeless.
Now based back in Victoria’s Goulburn Valley, Aspen spends plenty of time on her family’s farms, lending a hand between horses and the hay season, and living the rural lifestyle she designs for every day.
Interior design has long been her passion. Aspen loves how thoughtful design can shift the way a home feels. She loves creating spaces that support real life, reflect the people who live in them, and stand the test of time, not just the latest trend.

Rooted in Rural Life
Growing up on my family's farm in Victoria, I understand the unique rhythms and demands of rural living. This background instilled in me a deep appreciation for spaces that are both functional and comforting. My designs aim to reflect the authenticity and warmth that rural homes embody.
